Meet your Instructor Karri Weber
Karri is a Chicago native who relocated to Sarasota this past June. She has an extensive background in teaching fitness classes at Saint Xavier University, multiple large health clubs and park districts and yoga for alignment of the spine and joints at a chiropractic clinic. She is passionate about naturopathic and preventive approaches to healthcare and finds joy and fulfillment in uplifting and inspiring others.
Everyone is welcome to join us to our Exercise Classes on the following dates:

Exercise classes instructed by Karri Weber are both in-person and on zoom! Join us either in person in Ogram Hall or on ZOOM
Class Description
Functional movement for seniors is the mission! With a mix of of low impact aerobics to oldies music and light resistance training that is with purpose of injury prevention and joint stabilization this class also incorporates balance training and light stretching. A low intensity but high efficiency well-rounded workout with a warm and uplifting atmosphere. Modifications, options, and use of chairs are welcome!
For in-person participants: A limited supply of weights & bands are available at SAKLC. If you prefer, you may bring your own equipment.
There will be a waiting room when you enter the Zoom meeting. Karri will grant you access shortly after you enter the Zoom meeting.

How to prepare for the class:
Bottle of water
Weights, water bottles, or cans of soup
Exercise band or hand towel
Please ensure your workout area is free of any tripping hazards.
